"How do I use the audio?"

You can place the audio on your mp3 mobile player and use your headphones.

The active feature of the breathing which makes it work:

First, you are calling awareness to your breath & nothing else.

This is very important the first time you listen:

Have the audio away from your computer in a calm place like your bedroom at a quiet time & apply your full attention.

It is suggested you lay on your back during the first learning session.

This shows how the breathing works.

The flat cd pack (or you may use a your mp3 device) is part of the guide to show the way that your chest moves with or without using your "tummy." Actually, this is your diaphragm, which will allow you to breath differently.

This is what causes that real comfortable, well-being feeling in the body, starting with the inhale.

The instructions give you technique:

While listening, you will be guided in your exhale to let your breath out slowly This is what directly causes immediate relaxation.

The effective simplicity of this method will allow you to feel immediate effects in your eyes, arms, legs and body.

The second track on the recording provides a narrated visual:

to help you to relax your face, eyes, neck, limbs & body immediately...thus releasing tension in the forehead, neck, scalp, eyes and mouth where facial expressions and muscle tension can cause the skin to assume tense positions.

Slow down to slow down, or to then move faster than before.

Breathing for focus can prepare you for the coming day, help you be who you intend to be, cope with stress,
realize your potential & be a more attractive
person from the inside out
.

The second feature of the breath that takes place in short term & greater long term is the natural relaxation of muscles surrounding the eyes and mouth, along with the neck & chin area.

Relaxing the face means fewer wrinkles? How about preventing, or reversing wrinkles?

This method has naturally-rewarding cosmetic benefits. The outer benefits will aleviate reactions of discomfort throughout all of your life's stages and changing needs.

At first, focusing only on the simplicity of breathing can help you in the process of dismantling the habits that contribute to the breakdown of a youthful appearance. You will start building an inner foundation on which to post new exterior benefits!
